Rent
A deposit of £50 per week, payable at time of booking. Balance
28 days before arrival or in full at time of booking for reservations
made less than 28 days before arrival. VAT at 17.5% is included.
VAT registration number 269438908. Short Breaks
Booked no more than 4 weeks in advance. Charged at 4/6th of the weekly rent
for up to 4 night, 5/6th of rent for 5 nights and full price for 6 nights.
Minimum charge of £100.
Electricity
Electricity is not included in the rent. Electricity consumed (including
heat prior to arrival) is charged for both domestic and heating
supplies. Settlement is made at the end of your stay, based on
either or both of meter readings and £1 coin meters, depending
on which cottage.
Bed Linen & Towels are provided.
Water
The water supply
is from a private scource tested regularly and can occasionally
become discoloured in wet weather, but there is a supply of bottled
drinking water available at the farm at cost.
Fishing
Salmon fishing permits may be available at a cost of £50
per day per beat (2 rods) until mid August, and £60 thereafter.
If unbooked free to residents untill the end of June.
Pets
They are welcome. Dogs must be strictly controlled because of livestock
and game.
Cancellation
Should you be unfortunate enough to have to cancel your booking,
we shall do our very best to re-let on your behalf. The rent
paid is non-refundable and we suggest you arrange your own cancellation
insurance. In the event we are able to re-let, we will repay
the amount paid by you, less the deposit.

SWIFT (bank to bank) payment is available for overseas bookings.
