Four “VisitScotland” two star self catering cottages in the highlands located on beautiful Scottish estate. Very accessible with beautiful hill and valley scenery, owned by Smith family since 1712. Very tranquil location, ideal for a peaceful, away from it all break. Also great for an activity holiday in Perthshire.

The well equipped self catering cottages in Scotland are well located for walking in the Cairngorm National Park (21 Munros within 15 miles), great golf courses. The estate has excellent salmon fishing on the Tay system (River Shee tributary). 2004 was another very productive year. Salmon Fishing is free on the day to residents up to 30 June if not previously booked). Excellent sightseeing, with Historic Castles (Blair Atholl, Glamis), Highland Games, Royal Deeside, all very close. Pitlochry theatre is close by, and you can reach Edinburgh( Tattoo and sightseeing). Salmon fishing, and occasionally shooting packages can be arranged.

Glenshee skiing is only 10 minutes from these comfortable cottages. Glenshee is the most extensive ski area in Britain. There is full equipment hire close by.

The holiday cottages are let weekly from Saturday (4pm) to Saturday (10 am). Short and weekend breaks many be available in quieter times.
